How will my teen be supported?

Interactive Role-Playing.

Teens will engage in role-playing scenarios that mimic real-life situations of conflict and misunderstanding within friend groups. This hands-on practice helps them apply communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution techniques in a safe environment, allowing them to experiment and learn from each other.

Skill-Building Workshops.

The group will offer targeted workshops on specific skills such as emotion regulation, setting boundaries, and assertive communication. These workshops will incorporate activities like group discussions, guided reflections, and practical exercises to build and reinforce these essential interpersonal skills.

Peer-Led Discussions.

Facilitating peer-led discussions encourages teens to share personal experiences and solutions. By promoting open dialogue, participants can gain diverse perspectives, learn from each other, and develop a deeper understanding of effective strategies to transform challenging relationships into supportive friendships.

What is group about?

In this welcoming group, your teen will discover a friendly and supportive environment where they can learn to handle their emotions and build stronger connections with others. Through fun activities and the support of their peers, they'll gain the confidence and empathy they need to tackle the challenges of growing up, helping to create a positive and inclusive vibe at school.

Promotion of Inclusivity

Through group activities and discussions, teens learn the value of inclusivity and respect, inspiring them to foster more accepting and positive environments both within their friend groups and the broader school community.
